3-15 MHz 2kW SSPA
❖ The system is a complete 19-inch rack unit with 2 modules integrated for operation.
❖ The first module gives CW power output in the specified range of 2kW while the second
❖ module is being operated in pulse mode for a Pout of 20kW.
❖ The working specified frequency is 3.0-15.0 MHz with a band of 12 MHz
❖ Below is the specification table for our system developed.
Antenna Developments
❖ We have developed multiple antenna solutions for the below projects:
S. No. | Customer | Project | Antenna Provided |
---|---|---|---|
1. | BEL | Manpack Jammer | High Gain Foldable antenna in UHF range 20-500 MHz |
2. | BEL | Prison Jammer | Omni Directional Antenna Covering frequency range from 700 MHz to 2.7 GHz |
3. | Hind Rectifier | Railways | Top-Hat Antenna 400-450 MHz |
4. | ECIL | Manpack/ Handheld Radio | 20-512 MHz High Gain High power monopole antenna were |
Anti-Drone System Manpack
❖ The system consists of 2 or 3 bands of power amplifiers with directional antenna.
❖ The effective jamming range of the system is up to 1.5kms.
❖ System operates on internal battery for up to 1Hr and also can be operated on external DC
❖ It can effectively jam “pre-fed flight path also” and negates the possible damage to own assets
❖ System confirms IP65 standards
C-band QTRM
❖ The C-Band Quad T/R Module (C-QTRM) is the basic building block of the Active Array Antenna Units
❖ Four numbers of T/R Modules are housed in a single package called the Quad T/R Module (QTRM).
❖ The QTRM in C-Band is called C-QTRM and is integrated with 1:4way RF power combiners/dividers.
❖ Each T/R module of C-QTRM is channeled inside with metallic walls between RF blocks to minimize coupling effects between adjacent T/R Module paths.
❖ The C-QTRM is controlled by a common QTRM Controller (FPGA based).
❖ The application for the C-QTRMs is in the area of C-band Active Phased Array Antennas for communication, meteorological, and telemetry tracking radar applications.
In this project, we have used the main PA from APC Technologies – APCM5459050F which is giving a reliable performance as per the need in the Active Array Antenna Units.
Classroom Jammer
❖ The system consists of 7 bands split from the power amplifier with separate patch antennas for the application.
❖ Effective power output from the system is maintained at 7W at the output to the antenna.
❖ The system is operated with a 24V battery and it can also be operated with a DC supply as well.
❖ The System confirms the standard IP terms.
❖ Effective range is confined to a small room area for the jamming application.
❖ The antennas are mounted on the same housing with all of them being connected to the power output from the power amplifier source.
❖ In the system the noise source being used is combining the synthesizer with PLL.
Manpack Jammer
❖ The System consists of 3 bands of the power amplifier with two Omnidirectional antennas.
❖ The system operates on a battery 24V which is rechargeable.
❖ It is used for effective jamming of IEDs, Radio operated IEDs.
❖ System confirms to IP standard for usability.
❖ The operation of this system will be in the dense forest area for patrolling by the Indian army personnel.
❖ The system is designed and inserted in a backpack with miniature housing developed for the same.
❖ The antenna used is capable of bending completely in either direction To withstand the ruggedness required.
Portable Anti-Drone System
Vehicle Jammer
❖ The system is comprised of multiple bands. Initially for the two bands in L and C respectively.
❖ The operating frequencies are 1.0-2.0 GHz and 5.7-5.9 GHz with a power
❖ output of 100W from each module.
❖ The size of the system is specified with a 2U rack unit. With all controls present.
❖ The operation of the system is done with a 24V battery unit.
